Below are the Facility prices for The Mansion at Maple Heights. Prices are dependent upon the number of guests and your rental choices.
Package price includes property rental, standard chairs, tables, plates, flatware, barware, valet parking, and security for up to 80 guests. Friday and Saturday reception packages include overnight house rental the night of the event, which includes the use of all 5 bedroom suites, Theater Room, and the back patio. Full breakfast for up to 14 guests will be provided the morning following your event. (Maximum number of overnight guests is 14 people.)

Starting Package Price: $5295 plus tax
Package add-ons include:
- Outdoor Tent(s)
- Wedding Ceremony
- Additional Night House Rental
- Rehearsal Dinner
- Rental Upgrades (Chairs, Plates, Silverware, Glassware)
Package price includes property rental, standard chairs, valet parking, and security for up to 80 guests. Ceremony-only events are available exclusively on Sundays.

Starting Package Price: $2995 plus tax
All package prices include 1 downstairs room rental for up to 3 hours, standard tables, chairs, plates, flatware and barware for up to 30 guests. No additional charge for outdoor or patio event. Available Sundays only; events end by 5pm.
*Price will be adjusted based on the number of guests. Additional hours are $100 per hour.
